Prestwick Golf Club

The production of a bespoke recipe book celebrating forty years of the world famous golf club’s chef and dining room experience. The book was created to raise funds for two local charities, Beatson Cancer Charity and the Ayrshire Hospice, and mark a milestone in the career of the club’s wonderfully talented chef, David Bennett.
